**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make quality drinks

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash transactions

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner

- Upsell products and suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in a barista or similar role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures

- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests

- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and hygiene standards

- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management

- Sales skills to promote products and increase revenue

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
